WebfingerParameters::getParams() follows the webfinger spec strictly.

I'm wondering however whether it's useful also to discover resource url's without the acct scheme.
E.g. ?resource=swentel@realize.be vs resource=acct:swentel@realize.be

fed.brid.gy returns in both cases for example. Will try to figure out if there are more examples out there. If so, I would propose to add acct: to the resource string in case no scheme is found.
