Since Drupal core version 8.7.x is out of security coverage, we should remove the workaround added for supporting 8.7.x.

Those work-arounds were introduced in:

  1. #3132101: Image media alt and title properties are not migrated to the corresponding image field properties
  2. #3128346: Create Drupal 7 media_wysiwyg → media_embed (Drupal 8/9 Media Library) token transform
