In the settings page (/admin/config/media/oembed-providers) there are no links to the 'Allowed Providers' or 'Custom oEmbed Providers' pages—at least not with the default admin theme. I have attached a proposed fix.

I just pushed a second commit that adds a post-update function. This will clear the cache on update.php, so the links are registered.
