Running upgrade-status on the module it looks like the only thing missing is some minor meta-data changes.

That's great news! Thanks for running the check and supplying the patch.

I've pushed this to the 8.x.1-x branch, 9.x branches aren't allowed (https://www.drupal.org/node/1068944#d9). Once semantic versioning is in place on drupal.org projects I will update the version on this project.
