Unable to install Commerce Demo due to unmet dependencies: core.entity_form_display.commerce_order.physical.default (field.field.commerce_order.physical.order_items), core.entity_form_display.commerce_product.clothing.default (field.field.commerce_product.clothing.stores, field.field.commerce_product.clothing.variations), core.entity_form_display.commerce_product.simple.default (field.field.commerce_product.simple.stores, field.field.commerce_product.simple.variations)

Interresting part is that I managed to get running commerce_demo module once, but failed the next 2 installations. Everything done with composer.

Yeah, sorry. The 2.x branch was copied before we fixed config for 2.16 and I just caught this as well.
