In the pre-beta version of commerce_realex the userID and orderID were send to Global Payments and would show up on the transaction in the Dashboard.

The uid of the user who made the transaction (0 for anonymous) would show up under Customer Number, the orderID under Comment 1.

This functionality somehow was removed from the beta versions.
This patch restores it.
