Another problem with the module but this time is related to CSS and JS aggregation, when running CRON:

aiphes, I couldn't reproduce your bug using default crons. Maybe you have some specific crons that triggers that code to run.

Anyway this patch should work for you because there definitely was some incorrect logic in code that could produce bugs you've described.
