Add access denied text and prefix/suffix text

To get ready for a full release, we will need to add a couple of features that we have in Views Add Button:

• Access Denied Text: #3079994: Add an "access denied" text
• Prefix/Suffix text

Once these are added, we can then move to documentation, and then a full release.
