I was wondering if this module could also work with Webforms too.

Hi,

Thanks for submitting this feature request.
I need to freshen up on the latest changes to the Drupal Core webhooks.
I will do this and see how feasible this request is and if it can be done I will implement the feature.
If you have any idea how you would like to see the management of this done please let me know.
I envision a checkbox while creating or editing each form to enable the feature for that form.
Let me know if you think it should be different.

I will let you know if I am implementing this feature after a do some review of the latest webhooks.

This seems easy enough to implement.
I will start by adding a setting to implement this on all forms.
Forms that have none of the active filter criteria ( IP, name, email ) will not be checked as there is no way to check them.
All other forms will be checked on the filter criteria that is active if this setting is enabled.

In future versions after this is implemented I may choose to make the setting more granular and allow enabling the feature on a per form basis if the feature seems to be needed.
