Problem/Motivation

In checklistapi 1.9 ChecklistapiChecklist::PROGRESS_CONFIG_KEY and ChecklistapiChecklist::config were deprecated and a storage interface was introduced.

Proposed resolution

Use the StorageInterface and remove usage of deprecated code.
