We should allow other modules to modify the request to Payone, so projects can i.e. add product data to the requests, which will allow people to use the invoicing feature of Payone.

Here is a patch introducing 4 Events which are called on capture, preauthorization, refund and initialize requests to payone.
Modules can listen to them and adjust the requests.
