This is a first refactor to account for the changes in Social API and Social Auth.
There still are issues in the callback.
Calling getResourceOwner on the oauth client in StravaAuthManager will cause an error.
Strava\API\OAuth has the getResourceOwnerDetailsUrl return ''.
Any feedback on this ?
