Add a way to use dropdown filtering when setting up an exposed filter. Add it to Instances, Snapshots, Volumes, Security Groups, Network Interfaces, Images and Elastic IPs

Added the support. The source of inspiration came from this module: https://www.drupal.org/project/views_field_select_filter. It was adapted to support cloud context in the aws_cloud database tables.
