Problem

The default message used when creating/editing a Vocabulary used the commercial @ which is the wrong placeholder sign.
It should use the percentage sign % as it is actually explained is the field's description.

Hi, thanks for the patch! Can you point me to the documentation regarding the placeholder signs? Maybe the field description is wrong, not the actual placeholder. Thanks!

Indeed. And this is what the patch is trying to fix: the field's description.
Have you had a chance to review and test it?

Regarding the doc, I'm sorry I can not find the page with details about the replacements signs.
