Problem/Motivation

Core made some changes, which we have to adopt.

1. #2981915: Update MenuLinkContent to use EntityPublishedInterface: AccessUnpublishedPermissions::permissions is failing since menu_link_content is publishable because it has no bundles.
2. #2952307: Move workflow config into standard profile: ContentModerationAccessTest must be changed to use the new trait

I also tested this, all problems we had are gone, and our integration tests still run fine.
