When you edit a content type (for example at /admin/structure/types/manage/article), the privacy settings are found in the Publishing Options tab. In this tab a summary of the current settings. With Private Content installed this should include the current Privacy Settings.

It is difficult to append to an existing summary safely, so I moved the privacy options to its own section.
