There is no weight delta defined [#2960533]

There is no weight delta defined on Form Edit source.

If the delta is not defined, a default value(-10 to 10) is gonna be defined.

Because of that, if you need use this field as a individual value you will face a problem.

I created a patch only to have a number bigger than 10 on the delta. For me 50 looks a good value.
