update the icons and statuses

Here comes an update on the statuses and icons for that. The change is that before it was a green truck when the order was ready to ship. Now it is yellow with a clock, indicating that it is waiting for being shipped. When we set the transaction to shipped then it will be a green truck.

We don't use that status for the moment, but I'm planing for it and I think it is better to make the change on the icons now rather then later.
