Sync the order of attribute values on attribute and variation edit forms

Explained:

There is an attribute with 3 values having the Red, Green, Blue values order on the attribute edit form. The same should be on the variation add / edit form or when programmatically creating variations. When user changes the order to Blue, Green, Red, then this order should change on the variation form.
