Line items can be added directly from a checkout pane for example, a donation (commerce_donate). It isn't ported yet but we need to handle these type of situations or the invoice in Quickbooks will not match the orders in Drupal. As it is right now, it causes the invoices export to fail (test with https://github.com/bojanz/donation_example). How should we handle these type of line items?
