Well, I'm sorry @eleonel but it looks like my "fix" in https://www.drupal.org/project/localizejs/issues/2920965 actually didn't work. It broke localize on my site. I'd like to recommend that we roll back that commit until the folks at localize.js can write a version of the script that can be loaded asynchronously.
