Couple of JS issues related to update to JQuery3 in Drupal 8.4 require a new release.

Could not test the fixes on earlier Drupal versions, so require Drupal 8.4 as a minumum.

Fix some code style issues.

Actually, git blaming the changes in ajax_view.js, we can apparently go back safely to Drupal 8.1.
