Add Severity indicator to YAYB Module

Add an indicator setting to the YAYB module to denote the urgency of the message being displayed. Options will be Important, Major, and Critical, and will add corresponding classes to the block output, which can then be styled as deemed appropriate. Severity info will also be added to services resource hook output.
