infusionsoft_get_groups() only returns a maximum of 1000 groups. When user has > than the maximum allowable records per request they are ignored. Requests should be paged and looped to ensure all values are captured. Increasing the records per request has no effect as Infusionsoft has a hard limit of 1000 records (at least on this table) per request.
