Problem/Motivation

Currently hero and hero callout are 2 separate paragraph types. This isn't really necessary, since a hero can only have one hero callout, and you'd never really need to have a hero callout without a hero.

Proposed resolution

The hero callout should be removed, and its fields added to the hero.

Review patch.

One less paragraph type.
