For anonymous user module through a JS error and TOC list does not appear for visitors .

Hi,

I can not reproduce this error.
Are you sure that Toc.js jquery plugin is well installed ? Have you check your status report ?

If yes, then what is the exactly and complete error message ?

Sorry for being delay . Meantime i see updated version has been released and libraries.yml file also been updated which eventually fixed the issue .

Effectively, there is a missing dependency on the librairies, for anonymous

This should fix this issue. I've forgotten to set core/drupal as a dependency of the library.
