Issue was raised by manu here: http://www.ubercart.org/forum/bug_reports/5394/image_options_bug

This new version Ubercart Option Images uses the imagecache_presets() functions, which only exists in Imagecache 2.x. Ubercart does not support Imagecache 2.x yet - it requires Imagecache 1.6. (See http://www.ubercart.org/forum/support/5364/support_image_cache_2x). Using imagecache_presets() makes Ubercart Option Images incompatible with the current version of Ubercart.

Hmm interesting, everything works fine on my install of Ubercart/uc_option_image. I will take a look at implemeting imagecache 1.6

Should not be complicated at all. I use imagecache 2.0 so I will be conditionally supporting both 2.0 and 1.6, however at this very moment I do not have time to fix this issue ( may be a few days ).

Also, what theme did you use in the screencase for the image options package? Where can I get it?

Not a problem. It is an in-house theme I created which is not currently available to the public.
