Redirect to system/ajax when deleting an answer

To recreate:

1. Visit a node with a makemeeting poll attached and make some selections and click submit to save them.
2. Without refreshing the page, click the edit button and submit the edit form.
3. Without refreshing the page, click the delete button.

At step three, I see "?destination=system/ajax" in the delete confirmation URL. Pressing confirm redirects me to a blank page.
