While cps_publish_changeset_entities() and cps_unpublish_changeset_entities() accept the new $options array to control progress notices, that array is not properly passed in by cps_publish_changeset/cps_unpublish_changeset. As a result progress notification in those functions currently always defaults to TRUE.
