The Links (View, Edit and Delete) in the "API tokens" views seems broken.

Steps to reproduce :

1) Go to "Create API Token" page
2) Create API token
3) Go to user profile page and click on "API Tokens" tab (user/%/api-tokens)
4) Try to click on "View", "Edit" or "Delete" links and it redirects to broken page.
