When I use the browse button in IE, the file shows but does not automatically upload. The automatic feature works when I drag-n-drop in IE, and works for both methods (browse & drop) in Firefox and Chrome but I have to click upload in IE if I choose browse.

No, still the same problem.

When I inspect the upload button, I notice that it's disabled. I drop in a file and it remains disabled after the upload but when I browse, the upload button becomes active.
