When the page is output with the 1st sidebar empty, and the 2nd sidebar with blocks in it, these overlap the main content region.

I reproduced the bug here and will get on it in the next couple of days. Over 3,000 users and no one caught it must mean few use that set up. Thanks for the report.

Fixed in the dev version. Will allow a little testing time prior to adding it to the next release.
