All of the expected charges for usage products in the tests need to be fixed to expect "1" instead of "4" so that they accurately reflect the expected charge due to the free usage of "3" on the test product. Only one of the charge arrays had been updated to 1 and so the tests were failing; they should pass after this patch.

I also tacked on a fix for the line_item_revision_id business. :)
