CSS Classes are not applied

If you specify CSS classes for either the wrapper or the field on a layout field, they are not added to the code that is produced.

I'm not sure if this belongs in this queue or the Webform queue because I haven't spent much time debugging it past testing with and without Webform Layout installed, but I feel it's more likely to be an issue on this side because the CSS classes are added just fine on non-layout fields.
