New directory structure in datatables-responsive plugin leads to bad path

It looks like the datatables-responsive library has been updated on GitHub - as part of the update it has a new directory structure, and no longer has the following file:

example/lib/lodash/lodash.min.js

This causes a JavaScript error that breaks the responsive behavior.
