When I have a date field in a field collection field I'm getting this error when adding/editing the content with the date field.:

Notice: Undefined index: field_date_of_birth in date_single_day_date_combo_element_process() (line 118 of /.../sites/all/modules/date_single_day/date_single_day.module).

I hope you can fix this. Everything else seems to work fine btw.
