Getting the following error, when migrating on a BOA stack.

Hrm. We had a similar error recently on Travis-CI, that I couldn't figure out. It seemed like installing a module via Apps would mean that the migrations wouldn't get picked up.

Do you have the panopoly_news module already downloaded on the 1.0 platform? Or is it fetching it via Apps?

Ack! Well, that's definitely a bug. :-) Thanks for finding it! Can you confirm that it fixes the problem?

I've got a bunch of meetings for the rest of the day, but I'll commit this patch when I have a chance (probably tomorrow).
