The list on Non Delivery Reports online show the first Reports. So if you have hundreds of Reports in your Database you can only access them via URL, e.g. /admin/config/people/bounce/ndr?page=2. But the Pager is missing, the function is function bounce_admin_view_non_delivery_report_list() on line 448 in bounce.admin.inc
