In the release-history XML, we need <type>...</type>

with supported values:
project_core
project_distribution
project_module
project_theme
project_theme_engine
project_translation

I'm mostly interested in project_theme.

Makes sense. I'm defaulting it here to "project_module" because drush seems to assume that for things without the "type" element anyway (and would therefore be theoretically the most backwards-compatible change).
