Hello,

I've added support for the HipChat Monolog handler.

One potential problem is that I had to raise the Monolog dependency version in composer.json, because the HipChat handler is not present in the ~1.0 version.

Patch is following when the issue is posted.

The 1.6 branch has been released for a little while, so I think it is safe to up the requirement and include this handler in the main stream module.

I am going to make one small modification to the version requirement, however patch looks great.
