Update task should put site in maintenance mode

When we're running an update we'll want the site in maintenance mode. In fact, I believe we'll need it in maintenance mode prior to the backup, to ensure no changes from that point onward. So we'll also need to put the site back in production mode both after a successful update, and following a rollback.
