.info file tweaks

This patch tweaks the .info file a bit.

It adds a package, configure link and dependency.

I've not picked 'User interface' for the package, because that has more to do with the interface itself, while modules like genpass, logintoboggan, user_registrationpassword change the interface, their core motivation is related to the process itself (or suplementing it), so i believe a new category should work better. (also to keep the modules page a bit cleaner) I've also added the same category to user_registrationpassword and i'll might create more patches for other modules somewhere the next months.
