Problem/Motivation

There are a lot of places where content refer to sections, resources, and other type of Course planner items. When there is a lot of content, the autocomplete isn't enough for finding what you want.

Proposed resolution

Add a search/browse view.

Implement. Evaluate. Iterate.

User interface changes

Hopefully you'll get a popup where you can browse for content, rather than just having an autocomplete.

This is definitely a task for References dialog, which is already used in this project.

It is also kind of important, so I'm upping this priority.

Partly implemented: There is now a view for searching and adding resources to resource lists. (This is the most important one, and for some reason the only option that appeared in the view.)

Adding more search views will be a new issue – and this solution will be evaluated in practice first.
