Hello
attached you will find a small patch to create a link for each entry in the list "files not in DB".
So the admin can inspect the files before any other action.

I've added a variant of the patch, using file_create_url($file, $file) in place of hard coding the link.

I've not added the filter to exclue tmp files as I am shortly going to make the exclusion filter configurable.

Have committed this to HEAD, and will issue as a new release shortly.
