I went through and found only one thing that was majorly different. Some of the node stuff.... The attached patch will get it to what your version uses.

The node stuff is important when used with organic groups...

yes please overwrite the whole thing. Then we can close a lot of issues and we can start again with proper patches for all remaining/new issues
