I'm not sure how this got through, but it needs to be fixed asap.

When going to the modules page (or any page when hook_requirements is invoked) you will get a fatal error on line 94. The attached patch solves the issue. Even though we dont really have many tests yet, lets let testbot take a swing before i commit.
