Two Blocks:

  • Simple Subscribe Widget - just let them configure a list ID.
  • Latest Notes Widget - just let them add list IDs.

And a Page: Network registration, just add in a network ID or shortcut name.

As a template for this, just look at the code used in the 'Embed in Your Website' section of Flocknote.
