I have the acidfree module and I gave the users the ability to mass import images.
I also have the og module installed, but not og_galleries.
Users can create their own root album.

When a user is on their own album, they can click any tab .. view, edit, album contents. However, when they click 'mass import' they get an error message that says "You must join a group before posting a ." (it does not say what node type) The log registers an entry that says:

type, date, message, user, operations
Access denied, the datetime, node/###/import, Visitor

It appears this page loses its user information.

Oh - I should note, the mass import page is displayed anyway - not an access denied page.

Okay - I don't know if this helps but ... there was a similar log entry for node/###/contents.

So I upgraded to the Aug 14th version (it was the July 18th version.) and now, I get the same message on the mass import page - but it does not register anything in the log. However: node/### and node/###/edit registers an access denied and visitor <- when accessing an album page and node/###/edit on an image page.

I don't know if this is anything I am causing .. but its weird that the behavior changes between the two versions of acidfree ...

Okay .. the access denied errors on node/* are from my own code -- sorry about that ....

What remains, is that on the Mass Import tab, with the og module installed, there is an error that states -- "You must join a group before posting a ." This does not exist on any other nodes that I have seen yet ... so I am not sure if this is an error with acidfree or with og.

Did you figure this out? I'm getting the same error and I'm guessing it is because when you get the form for a mass import, it doesn't know what you are trying to post (image or video), so organic groups gives you a generic error that you don't have group access to post for a content type of "#nothig#".

Please help if you can. I'm guessing there's a workaround where you set the post type as a node or something in acidfree.

"You must join a group before posting a ." is not an error that acidfree can generate.

Closing this, no activity in more than 2 years.
