First of all, great module. This arrived just in time for me.

I'm still seeing HTML code appearing in the node titles in views, as well as in the breadcrumb. I would imagine it would just be some additional preprocessors, so I'll check it out. Please let me know if I'm on the wrong path, I'm no theming expert.

Confirmed. My theme contained some templates which fix views titles. I will fix this.

When using the replacement pattern [title] in a view for Node link i get this as output %%%HTML_TITLE_PLACEHOLDER%%%.
