It would be good to have the ability in the UI to reset the wait_timeout value to bring a server back into rotation manually. I'm creating this issue as a placeholder for a patch I intend to provide, although I'd love some feedback from the maintainer on whether this is the right approach. Thanks!

Sounds like a good plan. I think it would make sense to add a "Re-activate" link to the Operations column in the server list.

I also considered writing the "disable server" operation while I was in there (since it's related and my client might end up needing it, too), but I think the implementation will require more discussion (and should be on a different issue).
